Your ring in 3D, before it exists.
Design starts with the deposit. First a CAD file you mark up, then a 360 render you spin and approve. Most rings take two or three rounds.
Round 1, the CAD file. Every angle and every measurement on one sheet. This is where the changes happen: a thinner band, a lower basket, six petals instead of four.
Round 2, the 360 render. Metal, stone and light, exactly as the ring will be made. Spin it on your phone. You approve this before we cast anything.

How much does a custom ring cost?
Most of our custom rings land between $4,000 and $5,000, centre stone included. The free estimate gives you the price for your exact ring in about a minute, and the same spec gets the same price for everyone.
How long does the whole thing take?
About eleven weeks from deposit to your door: around three weeks of design, six weeks at the bench once you approve, and about two weeks in transit.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The estimate and the call are free. Design and diamond sourcing start with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due when you see the finished ring.
Can I change the design after I approve it?
Up to the moment you approve the final render, yes, that is what the rounds are for. That approval is what sends the ring to the bench, so it is the one decision that is final.
Lab grown or natural?
Both. Same settings, same craft. Every stone 1 ct and up comes with its IGI certificate, and you see a 360 video of the exact stone before you choose.
What if I do not like the render?
Tell us what is off and we change it. Most rings take two or three rounds, and nothing is made until you say yes.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes. Free, fully insured, FedEx, adult signature. US rings go through our New York office and customs adds about two weeks. An independent appraisal is optional at $100 CAD.
I have a proposal date. Can you make it in time?
Tell us your date before you pay the deposit. Our normal timeline is about eleven weeks, so the earlier you start the better. If your date is closer, we'll tell you honestly on the call whether we can make it.
How do I get the ring size for a surprise proposal?
A close guess is fine. The easiest trick is to borrow a ring your partner already wears on that finger and have it measured. If it needs adjusting after the proposal, resizing is $100 dropped off or $200 shipped.
Can I use my own diamond?
Usually we source the stone for you, and we don't normally take client provided stones. We do make exceptions, so send us the grading report or measurements and we'll look at it before we say no.
Are prices in Canadian or US dollars?
Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. If you're in the US, ask us on the call and we'll go over your price and any US costs before you pay anything. US rings ship through our New York office.
Can I get a refund?
Every ring is made for you, so all sales are final. That's why nothing goes to the bench until you've approved the design and the diamond, and you can change anything up to that point. After delivery you have a one year warranty.
