At Smiro, we are dedicated to crafting a ring that you will cherish. We keep you involved on every step in the process, with you making the final decision. Once you agree to your final design we will build your final (non-refundable) engagement ring.

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Smiro Studio is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Signature Required on Delivery
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. This is mandatory for all orders and cannot be waived. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address provided.
Smiro Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery location.
Accurate Shipping Address
The client is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. Smiro Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the client.
International Shipping, Duties & Tariffs
We ship worldwide. For international orders, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Smiro Studio is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you toward a resolution under our one-year warranty. See our Warranty page for details.
