In September 2026 our median 2 carat lab grown diamond was $2,546 CAD. A comparable natural stone was $9,905 CAD. The median centre stone on our ring orders since December 2025 was 3.0 carats, and most of our clients choose lab grown.
Half of our Canadian ring orders were quoted between $5,100 and $7,000 CAD, centre stone included. What each budget bought is on our pricing page.
Our default is F colour and VS1 clarity. With lab stones we watch the colour grade closely: we've seen G, H and I stones graded loosely into F, so a lab F can carry a slight tint. We check every stone on video, and sometimes we steer you to an E, or to a near colourless stone on purpose. On ovals, pears and movals we also check for a dark bowtie across the middle.
Same carbon crystal, same hardness, graded the same way. The difference is price and resale: lab prices have dropped for years, so if resale matters to you, buy natural. We'll quote both on request. The full comparison is in lab grown vs natural diamonds.

About 10 to 12 weeks from deposit to your door: around three weeks of design, six weeks at the bench and about two weeks in transit.
