When to book
After the call, nothing happens unless you want it to. Design and diamond sourcing start with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due when you see the finished ring.

A 20 minute video call with a jeweller. We walk through your idea, show you rings we've built like it, and give you the price on the call.

Your deposit starts it. A CAD file you mark up, then a 360 render you spin and approve. Most rings take two or three rounds.
Your diamond
While we design, we look through hundreds of stones and send you two, each with a 360 video and its IGI certificate. You pick.
Handcrafted and delivered
Made by hand at the bench, then a close-up video before you pay the balance. FedEx, fully insured and free across Canada and the US.
