How does it work if I live in New York?
- Free estimate. Tell us the shape, size and style you have in mind. Our ring estimator gives you a free estimate.
- A 20 minute video call. We go through your idea, your inspiration photos and your budget, and recommend a setting, a stone and a metal.
- Deposit and design. A 50% deposit starts the design. You get a CAD file first, then a 360 render you can spin and approve.
- Your diamond. We film the actual stone and send you the video before you commit. Centre stones of 1 carat and up come with an IGI certificate.
- Bench and delivery. Once you approve, the ring goes to the bench. US rings go through our New York office and ship by FedEx, fully insured, with an adult signature.

Can I visit the New York studio?
No. We're virtual-first, so there are no walk-ins or studio visits. The studio is at 580 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10036, and you can message it from our studios page. A real person replies, usually within one business day.
What does a custom ring cost in New York?

How long does it take?

What are we known for?
