    Where can I read the reviews?

    On Google. You can read them on our reviews page or on our Google profile. We are rated 5.0 from 167+ reviews. Read them for how we handled design changes and timelines, not only the stars.

    What is working with us like?

    You approve everything first. You get a CAD file, then a 360 render of your exact design, and nothing is cast until you approve it. Most designs take 2 to 3 rounds.

    You see your actual diamond. We film the real stone and send it before you commit. Centre stones of 1 carat and up come with an IGI certificate.

    You talk to the people who make it. Adam runs design and consults, Karina sources every stone, Clint designs every custom piece, and our dad Kenny leads production. Meet the team.

    It arrives insured. Free FedEx, fully insured, across Canada and the US, with an adult signature on delivery.

    Can I see rings you have made for clients?

    Yes. Our Clients shows real rings we have built, each one made for one person. Our bespoke page has more.

    What should I know before I start?

    A few things that are worth hearing up front, because they are true of custom work everywhere:

    • It takes time. About 10 to 12 weeks for a custom ring and about 8 weeks for a Made To Order Ring. Start at least 4 months before a proposal date.
    • All sales are final. Once a rendering or diamond sourcing deposit is paid, the order cannot be cancelled. The estimate and consult are free, so ask everything first.
    • The warranty is one year against manufacturing defects, and it does not cover the centre stone. Read the warranty.

    Smiro Studio is a family studio. Clint and Karina founded it in 2023, and our family has been making rings since 1985. We are known for tulip basket settings, hand engraving and unique diamonds.
