Short answer: A little. With the same 2 carat lab grown centre stone in 14K gold, our listed three stone rings start at $4,100 CAD, while our single stone oval tulip rings start at $3,650. So the two side stones add roughly $400 to $750, depending on the setting. The centre stone still moves the price most: going from a 2 to a 3 carat centre on our six petal three stone adds $700.
Three stone rings look like a lot more diamond, so people expect a big jump in price. Here is the real difference on our own list.

The centre stone still matters most. On our six petal tulip three stone, a 3 carat centre is $4,800 and a 4 carat $5,500, in 14K gold.
Is a three stone worth it?
If you want more width across the finger and more sparkle from the top, yes.
