Can You Return a Custom Engagement Ring?

    Short answer: No. A custom ring is made for one person, so all sales are final, and once a rendering or diamond sourcing deposit is paid it is non-refundable. Once you approve the final design, the ring goes into production and that is final too. What protects you instead: you approve a CAD file and a 360 render before anything is made, you see your diamond on video, and you see the finished ring on video before you pay the balance.

    Why are custom rings final sale?

    Because the ring is built around your stone, your size and your design. It cannot go back on a shelf for someone else. The free estimate and the free consult come first so you can ask every question before you commit.

    What do I approve before it is made?

    • The design. A CAD file you mark up, then a 360 render you spin and approve. Most rings take two or three rounds.
    • The diamond. Two stones, each with a 360 video and its IGI certificate. You pick.
    • The finished ring. A close-up video before you pay the balance.

    Nothing is cast until you approve the design and the diamond.

    What if it arrives damaged?

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We assess it and work with you toward a resolution under our one year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and replaces lost accent diamonds. See what our warranty covers.

    What if it does not fit?

    We resize it for $200 CAD shipped, and resizing with us keeps the warranty. See how an engagement ring should fit.

    Can I cancel after paying the deposit?

    No. Once a rendering or diamond sourcing deposit is paid, the order cannot be cancelled, whatever stage the design is at. The full wording is in our return and refund policy.
