Diamond Petals: A Tulip Basket Set With Small Diamonds

Short answer: Diamond petals are small diamonds set into the petals of a tulip basket, so the flower under your stone sparkles from the side while the top stays a clean solitaire. 24 of the 411 tulips in our design file have them, and our listed diamond petal rings start at $3,800 CAD with a 2 carat lab grown oval.
It is the tulip for someone who wants sparkle and the flower at the same time, without a halo showing from the top.
Where do the diamonds go?
Into the petals themselves, one small diamond in each, set flush in the metal. On some rings, 7 of the 24 in our file, they go in the half petals between the main ones, so each main petal is framed by a sparkle on either side.

What do real diamond petal rings look like?
Paulina and Calder's ring: a 4.03 carat radiant in 14K yellow gold on a cathedral, four claw prongs over tulip petals with diamonds inside them, floral engraving with a milgrain border and a euroshank.
Coloured stones work the same way. Coley and Julian's moval has a marquise shaped coloured gemstone in each petal, and sapphires are in coloured sapphires hidden in the tulip petals.

How do you look after diamond petals?
