We're virtual first, with studios at 580 Fifth Avenue in New York and 27 Queen St E in Toronto, and no walk-ins or studio visits. Every ring starts with a free estimate or a 20 minute video consult, where we show you rings we've built like yours. Your deposit starts the 3D design: a CAD file you mark up, then a 360 render you approve. Nothing is made until you say yes.
Prices on our site are in Canadian dollars. You're quoted in US dollars instead, and we talk through the price and any US costs on the call before you pay anything. Our published guides put a fully custom ring at about $4,000 USD and up, with most landing between $4,000 and $5,000 USD; the centre diamond moves it most (what moves the price). Payment is by card or bank wire: half to start, the balance once you've seen the finished ring on video.
While we design, we look through hundreds of stones and send you two, each with a 360 video and its IGI certificate at 1 carat and up. Lab grown or natural, your call; ask for both and we'll quote each. Then about 8 weeks for the bench work and delivery, a close-up video before you pay the balance, and free insured FedEx to your door. US rings can take about two weeks longer for customs, so check the order-by dates and tell us your date first. How we pick stones is on our diamonds.
