Our dad Kenny has more than 40 years at the bench and oversees every ring from the first wax model to the final polish. Clint designs every custom piece, Karina sources every stone, and Adam Phillips, our ring design lead, runs most consults. Everyone who works on your ring is on our about page.
We source both and will quote each so you can compare. Every centre stone is filmed on 360 video before you choose, stones of 1 carat and up come with an IGI certificate, and we also chase rare shapes and specialty cuts. The estimate and the 20 minute call are free. Half of the price starts about three weeks of 3D design, and we find your diamond during that time. Once you approve the design, the piece spends about six weeks at the bench. You see a close-up video of it before you pay the balance, and it ships free and insured by FedEx. No. We're a virtual-first studio, so there are no walk-ins or studio visits. Every piece starts with a free estimate and a 20 minute video call, and the finished piece ships free and insured by FedEx. You can message the Toronto studio with photos and questions, and a real person replies, usually within one business day.
Engagement rings are most of what we do. We also make wedding bands, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, and we hand engrave.
For an engagement ring, about 10 to 12 weeks from deposit to your door: around three weeks of design, six weeks at the bench and about two weeks in transit. If you have a date in mind, check the order-by dates.
