How do you choose an engraving style?

Decide three things, in this order.

Where it goes. The band shows it; the bridge hides it under the stone; inside the band is for words.
What it shows. Flowers are our most carved motif, then scroll. Celestial, nature and personal scenes cover the rest.
How much. The top of the band only, or three sides, or a single vine on the bridge.

Hand, cast or laser: which is which?

48 of these styles are cut by hand with gravers, so each one comes out slightly different. One, Interconnected Flower (Casted), is moulded into the metal, and sits next to its hand cut twin above so you can compare. The 7 inside the band styles are laser engraved, because tiny text and symbols need to be exact. More in hand vs laser engraving.

Can I combine two styles?

Yes. A style on the band and a different one on the bridge is common, and so is one design per side.

Can you engrave a design that is not listed?
